All orders are custom. Once your order has been processed, we do not refund or exchange items.

Ordering and production will begin AFTER the order has been placed.

Please be sure your order has been placed correctly.

Note that not every item fits the same, refer to the given size chart.

Orders will be completed within 1-3 weeks.

Embroidered items will take 2-4 weeks.

Please check your email for a confirmation receipt after placing your order.
