1. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date of purchase for undecorated. Return shipping is the
responsibility of the buyer.
2. Condition: Items must be undecorated, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for a return
3. Customization Limitations: Customized or personalized apparel may not be returnd unless there is a defect or mistake in the
decoration.
4. Defects and Errors: If there is a defect in the decoration or apparel, the item is may be exchanged or refunded.
5. Retuns Process: Returns require the customer to contact Just For Kicks to receive returna approval and/or authroization.
The industry standard for customized products dictates a no-return, no-refund policy. However, if an order is received and it does not match the approved proof due to an error in production, please contact us providing the order and product number. If an error has been confirmed, we will make every attempt to promptly reprint the order. The order details cannot be changed when processing the reprint. If there is any issue on an order received, notify us within 15 days of receiving the product. We will do everything we can to create a solution.

Customized items have a 2-3 week lead time. Embroidered items may take 2-4 weeks to ship.
